How do I return an item?

It is the responsibility of the customer to check their order for satisfaction immediately upon taking delivery of their order.
Damaged Product upon Receipt
If your order was placed through an authorized distributor please contact the distributor. Their respective policy will apply
(Unless the order was drop shipped by NMCL).
If your order was purchased directly through New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. and you receive any product that is damaged
upon receipt, you will need you to contact us within 10 Calendar days of product delivery receipt and we will ship you the
replacement part, if we determine the product was not damaged by the carrier service. If the package was damaged by
the delivery service you will need to report the damage and they will contact us with the inspection results. Based on the
inspection results then we will file a claim on your behalf if warranted. We will require any damaged item shipped in the
original order to be shipped back at the customers expense within 30 Calendar days of the day we approve the request.
We will also require a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with credit card information to be
mailed, faxed or emailed before we will send any replacement shipment and we will charge the card accordingly if the
product is not returned in 30 Calendar days. All shipments to us must be sent to us “signature required.”
Missing Items or Error in Order
If your order was placed through an authorized distributor please contact the distributor. Their respective policy will apply
(Unless the order was drop shipped by NMCL).
If your order was purchased directly through New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. and there is a missing item(s) or an error in
the order and you contact us within 10 Calendar days of product delivery receipt we will ship you the missing part or we
will correct the order. We will require any wrong item sent in the original order to be shipped back to us at our expense
within 30 Calendar days from the day in which you receive your corrected order. We will also require a completed RMA
Form along with credit card information to be mailed, faxed or emailed before we will send any replacement shipment and
we will charge the card accordingly if the product is not sent back in 30 Calendar days or is damaged upon receipt. All
shipments to us must be sent “signature required”. If the order is drop shipped and the wrong order was filled in error and
the end customer cannot be reached or is not cooperating with NMCL to retrieve unpaid product sent in error, the dealer
“can” be held responsible for the product if the dealer does not assist or make a valiant effort (as defined by NMCL) to
either retrieve the product or sell the additional product to the customer that received unpaid for product in error. This
applies to situations in which we made an error in fulfilling the order. For missing items in an order please call our
customer care number provided below.
Refunds/Credits or Exchanges
If your order was placed through an authorized distributor please contact the distributor. Their Refund and Exchange
Policy will apply.
If your order was purchased directly through New Millennium Concepts Ltd. then we will honor a refund or exchange
request made within the first 10 Calendar days of the product delivery receipt. Refunds/Credits will be refunded for the
amount of the purchase minus all shipping costs and 20% of the total order for restocking fees. Refunds will only be
credited after we receive the product and it is in good order. All returns must be shipped “signature required.” For
exchanges you will be charged shipping for any new exchange items plus any cost difference and applicable return fees
and must be shipped “signature required.” The order must be returned with a completed RMA form.
Product Warranties
All other returns will be qualified based upon our warranty which can be located on our website and/or system assembly
instructions. These will all need to be handled via our normal RMA Process which can be found on the RMA Form which
